Game Master II

In the role as Game Master II, you will enjoy assisting our guests through storytelling, hint giving and monitoring throughout their escape game experience. Duties

1. Greet customers, confirm waivers and payments are complete.

2. Dress in character

3. Give customers the escape room strategies tips, room rules, and room story.

4. Monitor the group during game play, provide hints when necessary, ensure the group is following rules and playing safe.

5. Exit the group from the room, answer customer questions. If applicable, take group photos and complete sales of games / puzzles from the lobby.  Close out the group on our waiver / photo system, EscapeKit.

6. Reset and clean the escape room.

7. Shift may include opening or closing procedures.

8. Complete light cleaning and special tasks during down time.

9. Restock lobby with games when applicable.

10. Lite maintenance on equipment

11. Delivering and onsite hosting of portable Escape Rooms as needed

Skills & Requirements

1. Ca. Drivers License (a plus)

2. Ability to speak in front of groups of people

3. Coaching

4. Acting – Improvisation

5. Analytical-Quick thinker

6. Computer literate – Technology Savvy

7. Ability to self manage in an unstructured environment

8. Bilingual a plus but not required
