What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is a game where you and your group work together to discover clues, solve puzzles and accomplish tasks in order to complete the ultimate mission of the escape room game. The concept began with app-based video games, but live-action escape room games are an experiential type of puzzle game in an immersive environment, involving a physical room and various elements within.
Will I be locked in a room?
The door you enter the room through will always be unlocked. You may step outside the room at any time, however the clock does not stop.
How long does the whole experience take?
For in-house bookings you can expect to be at the venue for 80-90 minutes. This will include an introduction, 60 minutes of game play, a debriefing and photo opportunity. Portable escape rooms brought to you may vary in total duration; please read the details of each escape room game for more info. Please call or email with more questions.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Making an appointment guarantees the room will be available for your group. If you don't see a day / time that works for your group, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will other people be in the room with us?
No, all of our bookings are private.
How should I dress or do I need to bring anything?
Dress comfortably to bend, stoop, and maybe crawl or get on the floor. Check the details of each experience for more detailed info.
Is there an age limit?
We recommend our games for ages 7 and up. We do allow younger players, but some puzzles may be too difficult for them. A playing adult, 18 or older, must be present in the room with anyone 16 or younger. All players under the age of 18 will need a waiver filled out by an adult. waiver.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time. 5-10 minutes early is fine, but not necessary. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, but if your group is more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a no-show.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes! Please note: Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is subject to a $45 rebooking fee.
What if I have physical disabilities or challenges?
Our goal is to be as accessible as possible. However, some of our rooms have limitations. Please call or email us so that we can make sure the experience will work for you.
Are cell phones permitted in the room?
Cell phones are a distraction and it is not possible to cheat or get answers with your phone. We provide lockers to lock up all your belongings. If you must bring your phone in, we ask that you do not take any pictures, and maybe consider some counseling ;-)
Can I add more players to my booking at a later date?
Yes! To add more players, there is no need to contact us as long as your group does not exceed the total number of players the escape room allows. Simply bring the additional players and pay for them when you arrive. Please contact us if you have more players than the room allows.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes! What a relief!
What is the sanitation process?
We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces multiple times a day in our rooms and lobby.
